Going to a new place for the first time can be intimidating, especially when that new place is church. At Svea Hill we hope you feel comfortable and welcome whether church has always been your thing or you are trying church again for the first time in years.
Our service typically goes from 10:00-11:00. We do our best to stick to the schedule.
If you have a Bible, bring it! If you don't have one, we have plenty to share. Most of the sermons are drawn directly from the Bible, so you will be able to follow along.
We prefer to focus on spiritual matters rather than how people are dressed, so don't worry about what you're wearing when you come.
We embrace the full breath of worship music that honors the deep connections people find singing classic hymns, and we worship with music that connects to those seeking more modern arrangements. On any given Sunday, the blend will be a little different from the one before.
